Spicy Herb Polenta Parmigiano Crisp

This delicious recipe is incredibly satisfying, gluten-free and simple to make                                                                                                                                      

1 ½ cups Fine Cornmeal
5 cups water
Salt, pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
½ cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
FF Cayenne Hot Sauce

Boil water and add salt to taste
Turn heat to low and slowly add cornmeal while constantly stirring
After adding cornmeal stir until comes to a slow boil, remove from heat
Add pepper,basil and ½ of the grated Parm to mixture
Pour onto a plate and allow to completely cool until firm
Once cooled completely, cut Polenta into desired pieces
In a pan add rest of grated Parmigiano and place cut polenta on top of grated cheese
Turn flame to medium/high heat until golden brown 
Place on a plate and top with FF Cayenne Hot sauce
