• Any mix of vegetables of your choice. Any vegetables will work
  • Peel and skin vegetables if need be
  • Slice veggies for grill to allow more even cooking surface
  • Brush with olive oil
  • Preheat grill to high heat and grill veggies until tender or to your liking
  • Place on baking sheet to cool, once cool, cut into bite size pieces and place in a bowl

2/3 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, granulated garlic, Four Fathers Jalapeno hot sauce
