Enjoy a lighter dinner option with tons of flavour
1 Trout Fillet
2 tbsp Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Capers
2 tbsp Butter
½ cup white wine
2 tbsp FF Piri Piri Hot sauce
Heat pan and add butter
Season Trout with salt and pepper to taste
Flour Trout Fillet sear until golden on each side, set aside
Add capers, white wine and FF Piri Piri to pan
Heat sauce and top on trout fillet
