Spicy Guac w/ Tortilla Chips
A quick and simple dish served as an appetizer or a delicious meal
2 - Long scallions
4 - Avocados
1 - Ripe tomato
1 - Lemon
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of garlic
2 tablespoons of FF Cayenne hot sauce
Dice up the scallions and the tomato. Put aside.
Slice the Avocado length wise and remove the pit. Then scoop out the insides and place in a bowl. Then mash the avocado until there are no chunks.
Add your salt, pepper and garlic. Add in the tomato and scallions. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice in strainer then add to your mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons of FF Cayenne hot sauce.
With a soft spoon or wooden spoon mix all the ingredients.
Serve in a bowl and add a bit of the tomato and scallions on top for garnish and color. Place it with helping of tortilla chips and DIP!
