Zesty blend of heat and tangy citrus for a sensational fusion of flavours. Not your typical Piri-Piri sauce. 

Suggested Usage and Pairings:

It is of course, excellent on chicken (as marinade or topping to finish) BUT it is so much more versatile than that.  The citrus hit is amazing on shrimp and white fish along with adding life to roasted potatoes and finishing a perfectly grilled steak.
